vegan sock hop
tonight, i fried a bunch of pieces of tofu in olive oil and then salted them. they kind of resembled fries. i paired this with a yogurt and banana smoothie, which is almost a milkshake. i was *this* close to making a burger with a tomato for the patty and spinach leaves for the buns. i was tempted to put on buddy holly and do the twist in my kitchen.
