Ha! I made pasta! From egg and emmer flour (and water and salt!) and a delicious cheese spinach sauce for it. And there's even some left for lunch tomorrow. It only took like a dedicated hour of cooking... (I can't do that every night...) but totally worth it YUM.
I regret not having olive oil on my list. The fried egg wasn't as good as it could have been.
And I hope the grains in my rice cooker finish cooking soon. And don't fail.
I converted the yogurt in my fridge into frozen strawberry yogurt because it would otherwise have gone bad in the week. And am looking forward to opening it up next Monday and digging in.
