Sorry, I couldn't resist the Cosmopolitan-esque headline with assonance and alliteration.
I grilled my tofu tonight. It tasted preeeeeetty good. Looks like that's what I'll be doing from now on. Also some experiments with frying, which I have not attempted yet.
